The editorial said that the chief executive on October 29 made a "policy speech" at the "National Assembly" but it was nothing different from that last year and on the contrary it increased skepticism about her understanding of the situation and ability to administer state affairs.

There are a flurry of sensitive issues of various kinds including the abandonment of the transfer of the right to the wartime operation control, inter-Korean dialogue aborted due to the leaflets scattering operations of the ultra-right organizations and uproar over her reneging on election promises.

The editorial stressed what the people want is her correct understanding of the south Korean reality and respect for the people's will.
