The human scum's scattering of leaflets hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK is becoming evermore undisguised because of the south Korean authorities' connivance, patronage and encouragement. Their absurd claim that "there is no legal ground to halt the leaflet scattering operation" is nothing but a pretext to cover up their confrontational purpose.

The south Korean authorities have keen interests in achieving "unification through absorption" only and have no idea of mending the relations with the north as they are zealously pursuant to the U.S. hostile policy toward it and Washington's scenario for dominating the world.

They are using human scum as a shock brigade for concealing such ulterior purpose and misleading the public opinion at home and abroad. They are orchestrating the reckless leaflet-scattering operation by paying a fabulous amount of money to those betes noires.

It is by no means fortuitous that people of various circles in south Korea censure the authorities for being behind those leaflet scattering operations.

All facts clearly prove that the south Korean authorities are the prime movers of the anti-DPRK leaflet scattering operations.

The service personnel and people of the DPRK will never allow the human scum to dare hurt even the dignity of its supreme leadership.

They remain unchanged in their will not to pardon this thrice-cursed crime.

The south Korean authorities should stop acting rashly, clearly aware of the gravity of the situation.
