The acting chairman of the Committee of Angola for Friendship and Solidarity with Peoples was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to organize political and cultural events in praise of Kim Jong Il's sacred revolutionary career and exploits on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his demise.
