The "Alliance for the Movement of Free North" and other organizations of human scum in south Korea scattered again leaflets hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and its social system, the statement said, and went on:

This is a thrice-cursed provocation to the army and people of the DPRK who regard the dignity of its supreme leadership dearer than their own lives.

A handful of human scum is getting hell-bent on anti-DPRK leaflet scattering operations at the tacit connivance of the south Korean puppet authorities. This reality goes to clearly prove that the Park Geun Hye group has no willingness to mend the north-south relations and it is a stumbling block which should be removed without fail.

The DPRK warned the south Korean authorities that if they allow and connive at human scum's leaflet scattering, the hard-won opportunity of dialogue will be scuppered and this will entail uncontrollable catastrophic consequences.

If they have a sincere will to mend the north-south relations, they should put an immediate end to human scum's leaflet scattering operations.
