Kim said in his message that the Korean people are wholeheartedly rejoiced over the big successes being registered by the Cambodian people in their work for defending the sovereignty of the country and achieving prosperity under the correct leadership of the king and government of Cambodia.

He sincerely wished the king good health and happiness, expressing the belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the future.
