The work, published on October 24, Juche 103 (2014), clarifies that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il attached importance to the work of protecting national heritage and made efforts to glorify the long history and brilliant culture of the Korean nation in the whole period of their revolutionary leadership.

It also indicates the tasks for defending the immortal exploits performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and further glorifying the history and traditions of the Korean nation by thoroughly carrying out the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on protecting the national heritage.
