Speeches were made at the ceremony.

The director of a British fine arts exhibition company said he could witness the eye-opening developments made by the DPRK in the field of culture and art through his visit to it.

He expressed the belief that the exhibition would offer an occasion in giving worldwide publicity to the true picture of the DPRK making dynamic development and in greatly contributing to the cultural exchange between the two countries.
