The statement accused the south Korean authorities of postponing the transfer of the right to wartime operation control (OPECON) for an indefinite time, noting this puts the life, wealth and security of the south Korean people under the thumb of the U.S.

The south Korean media and various circles call Oct. 24 when the authorities declared the indefinite extension of the transfer of OPECON the "day of disgrace when the security was officially given up", blaming Park Geun Hye for kowtowing to America, the statement said, and went on:

During the past "presidential election" campaign, Park Geun Hye promised to surely get back the OPECON by 2015 as scheduled. But the reality clearly shows that her promise such as the "great unity of the people", "democratization of economy" and "normal pension" were all farce aimed at her winning in the election.

South Korea, the colony of the U.S., is the only place in the world that leaves its military sovereignty at the tender mercy of foreign forces.
