The persimmon yield of this year has doubled in comparison with last year.

The rich crop would have been unthinkable without the loving care shown by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

In their lifetime, they visited the farm on several occasions, underscored the need to plant more persimmon trees for increased yield and indicated the ways and methods to do so.

In hearty response to their instructions, all peasants turned out in the work to plant persimmon trees on hills and gardens while tending persimmon trees in a scientific way.
