Kim Jong Il to Be Remembered in Russia

| Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- Committees for honoring the memory of leader Kim Jong Il were formed by the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee and the Nakhodka City Committee of the Maritime Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and at the Khabarovsk Territory on Nov. 10 and 11. Alexandr Gromov, first secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee, Zelenov, first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee, and Alexander Fedosov, minister of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory Administration who doubles as chairman of the Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Khabarovsk Territory, were elected chairmen of the memorial committees. The committees decided to hold political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary career and feats of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his demise. |
