Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- The Indonesian paper International Media carried an article titled "Sea of apples at foot of Chol Pass" on Nov. 7 to introduce the Kosan Fruit Farm in the DPRK. The article recalled that leader Kim Jong Il ceaselessly crossed over far-off and rough Chol Pass to inspect units of the Korean People's Army, holding aloft the banner of Songun at the end of the last century when the imperialist allied forces were intensifying anti-socialist offensive. Chol Pass has been enshrined deep in the mind of the Korean people as a symbol of the Songun revolutionary leadership, the article noted, adding: The large-scale Kosan Fruit Farm was built at the foot of the pass. It is spectacular to enjoy a panoramic view of the farm. Such a socialist land of bliss was mapped out by Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. His plan was successfully translated into a reality by Marshal Kim Jong Un. "Sea of apples at foot of Chol Pass" -- this gives a quite profound meaning to the world public. When Chol Pass means Songun, the sea of apples means the luxury and wealth under socialism. In other words, "sea of apples at foot of Chol Pass" gives an intensive and vivid depiction of the Korean people who will fully enjoy luxury and wealth under socialism, thanks to Songun. "Sea of apples at foot of Chol Pass" strikingly demonstrates before the world and history the validity of Songun that a country can provide its people with happy life as it wishes if it bolsters up its military muscle for self-defence no matter how vicious the imperialists' moves for aggression are. |
