S. Korean Court's Decision Protested

Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Democracy, People's Life, Peaceful Reunification and Sovereignty of south Korea in a statement issued on Nov. 13 denounced the unfair decision of the supreme court in south Korea on the Ssangyong Motors's action.

The statement accused the supreme court of ruling that the Motors' indiscriminate dismissal of workers was legal.

This was little short of imposing death sentence upon the workers, it held.

The action taken by the Motors left dozens of workers and their families dead.

Holding the present regime wholly accountable for the crisis, the statement demanded it stop pushing the workers to a cliff.
