Rodong Sinmun Dismisses S. Koreas' Talk about "Dialogue" Hypocritical

Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet warmongers kicked off madcap joint air-strike drill Max Thunder on Nov. 14, timed to coincide with the DPRK-targeted 2014-Hoguk saber-rattling, the largest-ever, now under way across south Korea. Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in a commentary terms this an unpardonable mockery and vicious challenge to the DPRK's efforts to achieve peace and improve the inter-Korean relations and a deliberate provocation to ignite a new war by driving the situation into a catastrophe. The south Korean authorities are paying a lip-service to the north-south dialogue, but the reality goes to clearly prove that they are working hard to do harm to the DPRK by force of arms in collusion with outside forces, the commentary notes, adding: It is none other than the south Korean puppet forces who created such tragic situation where the opportunity of improving the north-south relations is being scuppered quite contrary to the expectation and concern of all the Koreans and are escalating the confrontation and tension. How can the DPRK negotiate and discuss the issue of mending the relations with such confrontational maniacs? The DPRK declared more than once that dialogue can never go with war drills and there can be neither dialogue nor contact between the north and the south unless the moves to provoke a war against the DPRK are halted. The DPRK will never allow the desperate efforts of the group of traitors to do harm to the destiny of the nation and the inter-Korean relations as they are dear to it. The puppet warmongers would be well advised to behave themselves, well aware of the surging hatred of the army and people of the DPRK and their strong resolution to wipe them out. |
