Spy and intelligence services of south Korea are giving a petty amount of money to defectors from the north who fled to the south after committing crimes or abandoning their families, and hurling them into a false propaganda against the DPRK. They are taking them even to the international arena for a malignant smear campaign against the DPRK on the basis of fabrications.

The anti-DPRK leaflet scattering operations of such wicked traitors are part of the "human rights" racket against it.
