The Russian president said Russia has friendly relations with the DPRK which is its closest neighbor.

Noting that boosting the political relations and trade and economic cooperation with the DPRK is doubtlessly in line with the interests of the peoples of the two countries and conducive to stability and security of the region, the president expressed belief that the Russia-DPRK friendship relations will grow stronger in the future.
