National Presentation of Scientific and Technological Successes in Field of Mining Industry Held

Unpha, November 25 (KCNA) -- A national presentation of scientific and technological successes in the field of mining industry took place at the Unpha Mine in North Hwanghae Province on Tuesday under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.

It was attended by scientists, technicians, teachers and researchers of various units including the Central Mining Research Institute and the Ferrous Metal Research Institute of the State Academy of Sciences, Kim Chaek University of Technology and Phyongsong University of Coal Mining.

Presented there were the experience gained in putting the dressing plant of the Unpha Mine on a CNC basis and more than 110 successes which contributed to boosting the production of mines and coal mines.
