The full text of the work was carried by the Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il in DR Congo in its bulletin on Nov. 18 and its detailed gist posted by the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo on its website on Nov. 19.

The work, published on April 6, Juche 101 (2012), says that it is the principled requirement for victoriously advancing the cause of the Korean revolution to hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

It also indicates the tasks to be fulfilled to steadily develop the WPK into the glorious party of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
