The south Korean puppet conservative group is working hard to bring up for discussion on November 24 the "bill on human rights in the north" which had been put on hold for the past decade in face of strong opposition and rebuff by the public at home and abroad and railroad it through the "National Assembly" at any cost within this year.

The representative of the "Saenuri Party" trumpeted "it is the best time to pass the bill on human rights in the north" and cried out for making "a resolute decision to protect human rights."

This is part of the south Korean regime's criminal campaign against the nation aimed to further escalate its confrontation with compatriots in the DPRK under the excuse of "human rights" as a frontline shock brigade for carrying out the U.S. scenario to stifle the DPRK in the wake of the railroading of the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" through the 3rd Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly.

The puppet regime is a direct guide which jointly sponsored the unreasonable UN "resolution" to hurt the DPRK and ran the whole gamut of evil deeds to cook it up.

Not content with orchestrating such a farce as having interviews with disgusting human scum under the mask of "human rights" after bringing them to south Korea, the south Korean regime let those thrice-cursed guys make "testimonies" in the international arena, cooked up misinformation peppered with lies and fabrications and made it serve as the basis of the "human rights resolution".

It was none other than the puppet forces who visited delegates of various countries at the UN, begging them to support the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution." It was again those forces who "welcomed" its railroading, describing it a "product of positive cooperation".

The "human rights" racket of the puppet regime is of more dangerous nature as it has reached the worst phase of confrontation with compatriots in the DPRK to topple its inviolable social system, keeping pace with the mad-cap "human rights" offensive of the U.S.

South Korea has already turned into an international anti-DPRK "human rights" plot-breeding base as its regime is playing the role of a shock brigade in the U.S. "human rights" campaign against the DPRK.

The issue of establishing the UN "office for human rights in the north" in Seoul has been formally decided and Washington's special envoy on "human rights in north Korea" and the UN's special rapporteur for "human rights in north Korea" have frequented south Korea to pull up the DPRK for no reason.

The south Korean authorities are traitors and sycophants who reduced south Korea to the U.S. colony and left even the prerogative of the supreme command over their army to the latter's tender mercy. They also turned south Korea into the worst tundra of human rights.

It is ridiculous and nonsensical, indeed, for them to pull up the north over its "human rights" issue, though they are not in a position to mind their own business.

If the puppet group continues running riot to do harm to the compatriots in the north, pursuant to the outsiders' anti-DPRK "human rights" offensive against the trend of times and the aspiration of the nation, they will have to pay dearly for it.

It should stop its reckless acts at once, clearly aware of the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by its anti-DPRK "human rights" racket.
