The bulletin said with letters "On the occasion of the third anniversary of demise of the great leader Kim Jong Il" on its cover:

Kim Jong Il was the greatest man who performed the great exploits for the country and people.

He was the genius of idea and theory who formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as Kimilsungism, the integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche, and developed it into the guiding idea in the era of independence with his rare wisdom and energetic activities.

It was thanks to him that the Workers' Party of Korea developed into the invincible party which achieved the steel-like unity and cohesion and formed the harmonious whole with the people, and the DPRK turned into the country in which the leader, party, army and people have firmly united in one thought and purpose.

The overall national power of the DPRK was remarkably enhanced and the Korean people could dynamically turn out in the building of a thriving socialist nation under his Songun revolutionary leadership. It was also thanks to him that the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration, the landmark of Korea's reunification, was provided and the June 15 era of reunification ushered in.

He was the father of the people who always found himself among them and dedicated his all to their happiness.

He gave strong impetus to the cause of global independence through his energetic external activities to build a new world in which the idea of independence, peace and friendship is applied.

He will always be alive in the hearts of humankind along with prospering socialist Korea.
