The bulletin carried articles titled "Great man enforcing independent politics" and "Kim Jong Un, great successor to leader Kim Jong Il" under the headline "Leader Kim Jong Il will always be alive in the hearts of world progressives," illustrated with the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

Noting that world progressives commemorate the third anniversary of Kim Jong Il's demise in deep reverence for him, the bulletin went on:

He energetically worked without a moment of rest for the building of a thriving socialist nation, happiness of the people, reunification of Korea and the cause of global independence.

He formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea, as the integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche and steadily developed it as required by the times and the developing revolution.
