Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, read Kim Jong Il's work "Socialism Is a Science." Then he said:

Socialism in the DPRK is true socialism centered on the popular masses.

The DPRK is dynamically advancing along the road of socialism hewed by President Kim Il Sung while smashing the imperialists' moves to stifle it under the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un.

I wish the Korean people big success in their struggle for building an economic power and reunifying the country in the future, too.

Andy Brooks, general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain, and others praised Kim Jong Il's revolutionary career and exploits at the seminar on Kim Jong Un's work "Let Us Brilliantly Accomplish the Revolutionary Cause of Juche, Holding Kim Jong Il in High Esteem as the Eternal General Secretary of Our Party".

They confirmed that Kim Jong Il's exploits would last forever and the Workers' Party of Korea will always triumph as the guiding force of the Korean people thanks to Kim Jong Un.

A message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Britain.
