Present there were teachers and students of Korean School in Osaka and their parents and other Koreans in Japan and Japanese figures.

The demonstrators denounced the Osaka Prefecture and City Authorities of Japan for taking the unreasonable step of suspending the payment of educational subsidies to Korean schools and condemned the Japanese government for excluding them only from tuition-free program for senior high schools.

They conducted information services, scattering leaflets censuring the discrimination against Korean schools.
