Speakers underlined the importance of eliminating occurrence of the AIDS cases and casualties and ensuring the rights of the AIDS cases.

They called for conducting brisk hygienic information service and monitoring to prevent the infection and spread of AIDS.

The participants of the event were briefed on the activities for preventing and controlling AIDS conducted in the DPRK this year.

They watched a video on preventing the infection of AIDS and Ebola and enjoyed a performance given by a hygienic information service group of students.

On the same day there took place intensive information service for preventing AIDS at hygienic information service halls in Pyongyang and provincial capitals.
