It is openly revealing its black-hearted intention to do harm to the ideology and social system of the DPRK by actively joining the U.S. smear anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign to persistently isolate and stifle the DPRK.

It is desperately resorting to the absurd campaign in league with foreign forces in order to incite the extreme distrust and hostility towards the fellow countrymen and, at the same time, is seeking to shake the revolutionary faith of the army and the people of the DPRK and realize the wild ambition for the unification of social systems. This is the ultimate objective of the regime.

The south Korean puppet regime is the main target of the toughest counteraction of the DPRK determined to frustrate the frantic smear campaign of the hostile forces.
