He enriched the Juche idea and the Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung, thoroughly applied them to the revolution and construction and thus turned the DPRK into an invincible socialist power.

His Songun leadership turned misfortunes into blessings and adversities into favorable conditions, ushering in a fresh era of building a thriving socialist nation.

After his untimely demise, the Korean people are holding him in high esteem as the eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and conferred the title of Generalissimo upon him.

His august name will shine long thanks to the undying exploits he performed for the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence.

The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted articles titled "Mt. Paektu and Kim Jong Il" and "Sea of apples at foot of Chol Pass."

The website in an article titled "Kim Jong Il, undying exploits for party-building" noted that the exploits he performed in the field of party-building will shine forever along with the victorious advance of socialist Korea.
