It was attended by Minister of Public Health Kang Ha Guk, chairman of the C.C., the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, disabled persons and their families, teachers and students of the conservatory, members of international bodies' missions here and foreign embassy officials.

Introduced at the meeting were the successes achieved this year in the fields of education, culture, labor, etc. thanks to the policies of the Workers' Party of Korea and the state to actively meet the interests and convenience of the disabled and the exchange and cooperation with different countries, international bodies and overseas Koreans.

Then the participants enjoyed a performance given by members of an art group of disabled persons and instrumentalists of the conservatory orchestra.
