The statement said:

The south Korean authorities are frantically staging the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket, ridiculously "hailing" the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" which was rammed through the UN and asserting that it was "reflection of the concern of the international community." They, at the same time, are crying out for passing the "bill on human rights in the north" through the "National Assembly" and setting up the UN office on "human rights in the north" in south Korea.

This is touching off indignation of all Koreans as it is an intolerable insult and challenge to the fellow countrymen desirous of improving the north-south relations and peace on the Korean Peninsula, and revealing once again that the Park Geun Hye group is the most heinous confrontation maniac and a top-class colonial servant of the U.S. imperialists.

South Korea is nothing but tundra of human rights as many people commit suicide under the unpopular rule and its people should overlook all sorts of insults from the U.S. troops and their violation of human rights, while covering a stupendous amount of funds for the upkeep of U.S. forces in south Korea.

The south Korean authorities are busy kicking up the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket by taking to the international arena even such human scum as defectors from the north who fled it after committing crimes. Their goal is to weaken the might and hurt the dignity of the rapidly developing DPRK, justify the confrontation moves and tide over their ever-more serious crisis caused by the unpopular rule.

No anti-DPRK "human rights" racket of the U.S. imperialists and the puppet group can ever halt the triumphant advance of the DPRK demonstrating its might thanks to Songun and single-minded unity.

The Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia strongly demands the south Korean authorities stop at once the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket.
