The acts of treachery committed by the south Korean authorities and their anti-DPRK "human rights" racket are little short of spitting in their own faces and they are touching off bitterer wrath and curse only among all Koreans, the statement said, adding:

We overseas Koreans will surely settle accounts with the U.S. and its followers and the UN that are working hard to turn the inviolable international arena into the illegal theatre for violating a dignified sovereign country and a sinister bargaining place to justify the U.S. high-handed hostile policy toward the DPRK.

All Korean nationals of the Hailin City branch of the General Association of Koreans in China will mercilessly smash the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket of the U.S. and its followers to infringe upon the sovereignty of the DPRK.
