The south Korean puppet military claims that this step is aimed to cope with "someone's threat of cyber war" but it is nothing but the last resort aiming at tiding over the crisis into which the south Korean authorities had been driven due to the Cyber Command.

In the past "presidential election" the Park Geun Hye group conducted red herring operations not only with the Intelligence Service (IS) but with the Defense Ministry involved.

Under the supervision of the Defense Ministry the Cyber Command received a huge amount of funds from the IS and hatched plots in an organized manner while paying from hundreds of thousands of won to millions of won to more than 100 agents of the team for psychological warfare according to their classes and positions.

In face of strong protest and denunciation for this clumsy farce at home and abroad, the south Korean authorities hastily took the above-said action in a bid to calm down the angry public.
