Manju Ratna Sakya, chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association who is deputy director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, addressed the seminar.

He referred to the undying exploits Kim Jong Il performed for the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence.

Praising him as the greatest man, the chairman said that he brought about a miraculous victory to the DPRK while making a long journey of Songun. His august name and feats will shine forever along with history, the chairman stressed.

Phanindra Raj Pant, secretary general of the Nepalese Association for Supporting the Songun Politics, Subash Kaji Shrestha, chairman of the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal, and other speakers lauded Kim Jong Il for defending not only the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK but the peace and security of the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world with his Songun revolutionary leadership, praising him as a peerlessly brilliant commander possessed of talented strategy and commanding art.

The Songun idea and cause of Kim Jong Il are being successfully carried forward by Marshal Kim Jong Un, they stressed.
