Congratulations to Uruguayan President

| Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, in a message on Dec. 1 congratulated Tabare Vasquez upon his reelection as president of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. The message expressed belief that friendly bonds would be made between the DPRK and Uruguay in the near future in line with the common desire of the peoples of the DPRK and Uruguay for peace and friendship. It also wished the Uruguayan president good health and big successes in his responsible work. |
