It said that the General Association of Christians of south Korea is seeking to start the construction of make-shift facilities for the "lighting ceremony on Christmas" on the site of the light tower from that day with the permission of the Defence Ministry.

This action is to disturb peace under the mask of religion and spark a military conflict in the light of the fact that psychological warfare is considered as a combat action under international law, it noted.

It demanded an immediate halt to the above-said moves.
