In the message the general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea said the members of the party and its supporters pay the highest tribute to Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the WPK and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, on behalf of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder-chairman of the party, on the occasion of the third anniversary of his demise.

The message extended the warmest salute to Kim Jong Un and the WPK and the Korean people, sincerely wishing the party and people fresh successes in their struggle.
