The work, published on March 1, Juche 82 (1993), deals with the reactionary nature and absurdity of the sophism of the imperialists and renegades of socialism condemning socialism as "totalitarian", "barrack-like" and "administrative and domineering" one.

The work also clarifies the principled issues arising in defending and protecting the socialist cause and accomplishing it to the last, including the issues of making socialism a faith and morality and giving full play to its advantages.
