They are getting frantic in their anti-DPRK "human rights" racket and psychological warfare in a bid to carry out their sinister scenario, driving the inter-Korean relations to total catastrophe and pushing the situation to the brink of a war. This is a very serious development.

Their reckless provocation is seriously hurting the dignity and self-respect of the service personnel and people of the DPRK.

It is a clear-cut answer and final choice of all servicepersons and people of the DPRK to deal merciless blows at those who were involved in the anti-DPRK "human rights" offensive and psychological warfare and blow up all bases of the puppet forces for hatching sinister plots.

The DPRK has already declared its determination to blow up anti-DPRK confrontation and plot-breeding bases such as Chongwadae, cesspool of all evils.

All those who kick up a "human rights" racket against the DPRK to hurt its dignity and social system, conservative ruling forces included, deserve stern punishment.

The tense situation on the Korean Peninsula will be defused only when the plot-breeding bases of the puppet regime are reduced to ashes.
