The Kim Jong Suk Library of Peru and the Peruvian People's Women Union said this in their joint statement issued on Dec. 4 on the occasion of the third anniversary of Kim Jong Il's demise.

The statement noted that the world is highly lauding Kim Jong Il's revolutionary exploits, honoring the memory of him in the humblest reverence. It went on:

Kim Jong Il's august name is remembered as the eternal leader of the Korean people and world progressives along with the august name of President Kim Il Sung.

He was born in Mt. Paektu, the holy mountain of the Korean revolution, during the arduous days of the anti-Japanese war and grew up to be a great revolutionary and patriot, given revolutionary education by anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.

He led the Korean revolution to victory true to the intention of Kim Il Sung, holding aloft the banner of Juche and Songun.

His whole life was dedicated to the country, revolution and people.

We pay the highest tribute to Kim Jong Il.

The great leader Kim Jong Il will live forever.

The Korean people will always triumph thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un who is creditably carrying forward the idea and cause of Kim Jong Il.
