The message paid highest tribute to Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), on behalf of all members of the Workers' Party of Mexico and on his behalf on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his demise.

Convinced that the noble Songun revolutionary idea and exploits of Kim Jong Il would be steadily glorified under the tested and wise guidance of Kim Jong Un, the message expressed solidarity with the WPK and the Korean people in their just struggle for building a thriving socialist nation and reunifying the country.
