They included an opening ceremony of the week of the DPRK photo and book exhibition in Indonesia and film shows in Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria and Romania from Dec. 2 to 4.

On display at the venue of the photo and book exhibition were photos documenting the revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il and Songun leadership exploits of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were works of Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un and books introducing Songun Korea.

Participants in the film shows watched the Korean films including "Fireworks of a Thriving Nation" and "Arms of Korea".

The curator of the Folklore Museum of Indonesia lauded Kim Jong Il as the great man who made contributions to accomplishing the cause of global independence.

Personages including the general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea said that the exploits Kim Jong Il performed by turning the DPRK into a powerful country in which the people's desire came true would always be remembered not only by the Korean people but also by the people of Equatorial Guinea.
