Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Demise Observed by Swiss Organizations

| Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- The Swiss Committee for Honoring the Memory of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on Dec. 4 on the occasion of the third anniversary of his demise. The statement said that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il were the Heaven-sent great men, adding: Kim Jong Il dealt sledge-hammer blows at the imperialists and reactionaries who floated the "theory on the collapse of north Korea" after the President's demise and led the Korean-style socialist cause started by him to victory. He increased the might of the single-minded unity of the DPRK's society in every way while regarding believing in people as in Heaven as his maxim. He was, indeed, a great thinker and theoretician, statesman, military strategist, iron-willed brilliant commander and tender-hearted father of the people. Marshal Kim Jong Un formulated Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the guiding idea of the Workers' Party of Korea and is reliably carrying forward the idea and cause of Kim Jong Il. We will also hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem forever. The peerless great man will always be alive in our hearts. |
