He said:

Kim Jong Il was a great leader who devoted his entire life to strengthening and developing the Workers' Party of Korea, to ensuring happiness of the Korean people and to ensuring the victorious advance of the cause of global independence.

He trained the Korean People's Army into an invincible strong army, reliably defended socialist Korea from the imperialist allied forces' vicious move to stifle it, and turned it into an impregnable socialist fortress that has achieved the single-minded unity under the unfurled banner of Songun.

Defense of socialism is one of the great feats he performed for the Korean people and all other world progressives.

Although he passed away, he is always remembered by mankind.
