Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- Nine youngsters were interviewed by domestic and foreign reporters at Koryo Compatriots Hall Friday. They had been abducted by south Korean agents but succeeded in coming back home to lead a happy life in May last year. Present at the press conference were media persons here, reporters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and foreign correspondents. Its emcee said that its objective is to clarify the fact that recently the U.S. and south Korean "human rights" tricksters are getting frantic with the anti-DPRK propaganda, spreading false stories that the above-said youngsters were "executed or detained." Mun Chol, Pak Kwang Hyok, Jong Kwang Yong, and Ryu Kwang Hyok, students of Hero Hyesan Secondary School No. 1; Paek Yong Won, student of Hamhung University of Education; Jang Kuk Hwa, Ro Jong Yong, Ryu Chol Ryong, and Ri Kwang Hyok, students of Kumsong Secondary School No. 1, introduced themselves at the conference. At round table talks held on June 20 last year they opened to the public how they were abducted by south Korean agents. They told in detail about the facts that they are given an ample opportunity of learning and leading a happy life with nothing to desire more in the world after coming back to the motherland. They said that Marshal Kim Jong Un is their real father, renewing their determination to live up to the profound loving care shown by him for them to prevent them from taking the road of crimes after betraying the country. They loudly sang the song "We Are the Happiest in the World" representing their happy life. They were asked questions by foreign correspondents at the press conference. |
