Jimmy Kikoni, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of DR Congo, said this in a statement issued on Dec. 8 honoring the memory of leader Kim Jong Il.

Under his leadership the Korean people achieved the unity and wrought miracles in all fields despite adversity, the general secretary said, and went on:

All the achievements made by the Korean people under his leadership are confirming the vitality and truth of the Juche idea and proving that this idea is, indeed, the idea which helps the popular masses hold the position of masters in the revolution and construction.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who inherited the iron will of the preceding leaders, made a scientific exposition of the fundamental principle of the building of a socialist state and its activities and advanced the strategic line based on it.

I am firmly convinced that the DPRK will prosper forever as a country always winning victory after victory and a country giving full play to its might in the world as Comrade Kim Jong Un is standing at the helm of the Korean revolution.
