S. Korean Broadcasting Discloses US Human Rights Abuses

Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- The United States set up torture rooms in different parts of the world and has committed human rights abuses, according to the south Korean KBS on Dec. 11.

CIA has its secret prisons running in nine countries including Afghanistan and Iraq.

The CIA spent 81 million dollars for developing brutal torture techniques.

The broadcasting said that the U.S., in fact, operated the "world-wide torture network", adding that the "U.S. is in deep agony with the disclosure of tortures" and the "U.S. government is hit hard from all sides".
