The message extended Kim Jong Un and the Korean people boundless reverence of the president and people of the DR Congo for the eternal great state leader Kim Jong Il on the occasion of December 17, 2014, the national memorial day marking the third anniversary of his demise.

The message said that the Korean people have demonstrated the maturity and courage whereby they have steadily advanced the building of a thriving nation under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The president in the message wished Kim Jong Un big success in his work for the Korean people's happiness and progress, confirming his will to work with him to boost and develop the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
