It was attended by representatives of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism, Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Youth Association for the Study of the Songun Policy, Kim Jong Suk Women’s Union and its Moscow branch, Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and its branches.

Speeches were made by Mikhail Panchenko, chairman of the Russian Youth Association for the Study of the Songun Policy, Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of its Nidjegorod Regional Branch, Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, and the vice-chairman of the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia.

The speakers explained and proved that Kim Jong Il further developed in depth the idea and line of President Kim Il Sung through his energetic ideo-theoretical activities in the whole period of leading the revolution and construction, and successfully applied them to the revolutionary practice.

He foiled all the challenges and moves of the imperialist allied forces to stifle the DPRK with his original Songun politics, firmly defended socialism and demonstrated the sovereignty and dignity of the country before the world, they said, adding:

He was the genuine leader of the people and prominent leader who rallied all the service personnel and people as one in the hardest period, made sure that they developed the nuclear and space technology by their own efforts and brought about a turning phase for building a thriving nation.

A message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
