Moves for Joint Operation of MD Condemned in S. Korea

Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- South Korean people from all walks of life held the 183rd action for independence, reunification and peace before the U.S. embassy in Seoul on Dec. 16 to denounce the U.S. moves to jointly operate missile defense system.

The participants accused the U.S. of working hard to attain its strategic goal of building triangular military alliance with south Korea and Japan through the joint operation of the MD and laying a siege network against the north and other parts in Northeast Asia.

They urged the U.S. to immediately stop such moves.
