The work, published on January 29, Juche 92 (2003), deals with the idea that the Songun revolutionary line and Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea are the powerful political mode of the present times which inherited and developed the idea and line of President Kim Il Sung on attaching importance to arms and the scientific revolutionary line and political mode most correctly reflecting the requirements of the times and revolution.
