It recalled that the prosecution's investigation into the document on the tendency of Jong Yun Hoe was concluded that it had "no substantial evidence."

This led to the temporary recess of the "National Assembly" due to the conflicting views of the ruling party which claims that the case was clinched through the prosecution's investigation and of the opposition parties which hold that "they cannot trust the investigation," it noted.
