The work, published on April 6, Juche 101 (2012), says that it is the principled requirement for victoriously advancing the revolutionary cause in the DPRK to hold leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It indicates tasks to be fulfilled to steadily develop the WPK into the glorious party of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The pamphlet in its preface praises the immortal exploits performed by Kim Jong Il all his life and says that his exploits would shine forever as the most precious legacy guaranteeing the victory of the Korean-style socialist cause and accomplishment of the human cause of independence.

It notes that socialist Korea would always emerge victorious as it is led by Kim Jong Un who is holding aloft the banner of Songun.
