He recalled that the U.S. perpetrated such grave political provocation as railroading the "human rights resolution" against the DPRK through the meeting of the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly on November 18 by manipulating its followers and threatening those countries which do not meet its demand through its highhanded practices and political and economic pressure.

Very prejudiced is the "report of the Commission of Inquiry (CI)" on the human rights situation in the DPRK which was cooked up on the basis of materials presented by the U.S. and in the joint name of some EU countries and Japan, he said, and went on:

All the materials contained in the "report" were provided by the south Korean puppet authorities.

The ultimate purpose of the U.S. is to tarnish the image of socialist Korea and stir up hostility toward it in the international community, put south Korea under control with nuclear weapons and implement its policy of interference in the internal affairs of socialist Korea.

That was why many countries opposed the U.S.-sponsored anti-DPRK "human rights resolution".

After railroading the "human rights resolution" against the DPRK through the meeting of the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly, the U.S. is persistently pressurizing the UN organizations.
